We are first time buyers of overseas property.

Since we bought our apartment at Marina View Fort Beach, Vista have handled all our legal matters as well as the management of our apartment on  the
site. You have an office on site which is very important.

We visited the resort twice last summer with our family after the official opening in July 2006 and found the staff very welcoming, even at 4am and extremely helpful with any enquiries or problems we may have had.

They even organized our airport transfers to and from Bourgas. However the greatest help was their professional help in the finishing presentation of our apartment. We upgraded much of the furnishings to have a first class property.

As apartment owners we particularly welcome their regular business updates/reports on the apartment. We were always kept informed about rentals, inventory, income and visitor comments about the apartment.

We would have no hesitation at all about recommending Vista as a Property Management company.

Vista have offered a first class professional rental solution and they keep us informed at all times of new clients, cleaning facilities, breakages, condition of the apartment and a quarterly report. The year end (season) management report was excellent and very bespoke to our apartment.  

We are so impressed, we even asked if they would manage another villa we own in Lozenets.

We have found Vista to be very prompt in their response to questions and they will do their best to recommend alternative service providers i.e. solicitors, etc. if they can.
